Image
Final drawing of camera obscura and its 2d and 3d drawing images   The 200x200cm Camera Obscura, located at the end of the passageway by Wimpey's building, provides a distinctive viewpoint of the waterfront because of to its visual phenomenon-characteristic flipped view. Its exterior is composed of organic materials that appeal to the senses of viewers. A rooftop garden that extends to one side includes texture and supports the growth of an ecosystem. Accessible openings of different heights are featured on the East and West walls, and a color scheme of green, pink, and orange makes sure inclusivity for those suffering from color-blindness. Local artists create a revolving mural on the South side that enhances the environment with a variety of patterns and textures while promoting environmental harmony and social engagement. fig.1. 2d drawing of camera obscura

FINAL ARTIST BOOK

Image
Using the pop-up cube technique, my final artist book has four boxes that each represent a different aspect of my book : fun, materials, colour psychology, and games. I have decided to relate my book to our interior practices project because it is primarily about joy, activity and fun. Little cubes come out from within the box to the outside when it is opened, giving the reader an entertaining and engaging experience. The book's cover highlights engagement and interaction, enticing readers to dive into its pages. I have included components about human and non-human connections into the pop-up cubes to give the book more depth and significance. It also allows readers to engage more deeply with the ideas and concepts presented in the book in addition to taking happiness of both its visual and tactile elements. Overall, my artist book offers its audience a happy and captivating experience by combining creativity, interactivity, and thematic relevance. A step-by-step tutorial for

SKETCHES AND CONCEPT

Image
I'm responsible for of making sketches and 2D designs for our group project, with a particular focus on plans and elevations. I chose to use the idea of the hopscotch game as inspiration for my sketches. In the first design, I created imaginative play areas for kids by utilizing the shape of a hopscotch. I created an engaging environment by constructing S-shaped walls and adding circular hollow spaces of varying sizes. I also added a climbing net so kids could enjoy themselves and try their physical prowess. For the option 2, I made the classic hopscotch game into a vehicle for empowering people through education. I wrote inspirational affirmations on the floor in place of numbers. In this manner, kids can read uplifting messages that inspire and help them focus while they play and   Improving their interactions. I added square-shaped benches with varying heights and distinct coolers for each in the third design. These benches have two uses during the day: they can be used as

ARTIST BOOK-4

Image
I applied the paper folding technique for my fourth artist book, but I gave it a vintage look by burning the edges. The white paper took on an unusual charm when it turned a rich brown color with uneven edges. Next, to maintain the rustic look without adding extra weight, I decided to use jute to hold the tiny wooden sticks on the first page rather than heavy wooden ones. I created a basic line drawing on the second page, emphasizing a circular shape with yellow and orange paint. The lines stand for stability and strength; the horizontal lines represent stability and calmness, and the vertical lines stand for height and resiliency. My book is made up of several stories that are told through the symbols and design on each page. On the third page, I creatively added texture by layering tissue paper over and over again and scrubbing. In my hands, waste tissue paper turned into an artistic medium. Lastly, to emphasize the book's central theme of connectivity, I created a pattern il
