The 200x200cm Camera Obscura, located at the end of the passageway by Wimpey's building, provides a distinctive viewpoint of the waterfront because of to its visual phenomenon-characteristic flipped view. Its exterior is composed of organic materials that appeal to the senses of viewers. A rooftop garden that extends to one side includes texture and supports the growth of an ecosystem. Accessible openings of different heights are featured on the East and West walls, and a color scheme of green, pink, and orange makes sure inclusivity for those suffering from color-blindness. Local artists create a revolving mural on the South side that enhances the environment with a variety of patterns and textures while promoting environmental harmony and social engagement.

  Using the pop-up cube technique, my final artist book has four boxes that each represent a different aspect of my book : fun, materials, colour psychology, and games. I have decided to relate my book to our interior practices project because it is primarily about joy, activity and fun. Little cubes come out from within the box to the outside when it is opened, giving the reader an entertaining and engaging experience. The book's cover highlights engagement and interaction, enticing readers to dive into its pages. HOPE PUNK

I attended another interior practices lecture. During the first part of the talk, Professor Brown defined the term "hope punk" using a PowerPoint and then she invited the students to discuss the term's meaning and offer an explanation in their own words. She also handed us paper and coloured pencils so we could draw and write about hope punk. Professor Brown and the other professors to whom we were assigned split us up into four groups for this exercise. After giving us some time to think things through, afterwards professor asked us to share our opinions about the state of the world. It was a really good activity to do. Following the interval, we studied colour schemes and contrast. Since colour is the foundation of interior design, having this knowledge is invaluable when creating a project.
